We pride ourselves with our local ethos and working with Luke Hassel and The Community Farm the festival allowed us to do this with our vegetables grown on site, now that’s fresh! The Full Spoon team then created to provide happy customers with delicious food and service with a smile!
After a weekend full of gourmet burgers including pulled pork with crackling and apple ketchup, slow roasted lamb and vegetarian tagines, we made the most of Andy’s new Argentinian barbecue skills, using an open fire to create a Sunday FEAST! Our menu included local Blagdon Trout smoked to perfection, asado lamb and pulled pork an unbeatable classic. This was supported by The Community Farm veggies done two ways and summer tabbouleh.
